What this course is
You design a schema, write SQL, and build a documented CRUD API. Then you set up a freelance profile (Upwork, Fiverr, or local equivalent), write a service offering, price a small project, and send at least one real proposal or bid.
Why it exists
Backend skills without a path to paid work stay theoretical. Early freelance muscle — even one bid — teaches scoping, pricing, and talking to non-technical people. Students who wait until final year to “try freelancing” lose years of practice and portfolio proof.
What you do
- Design a real schema and document API endpoints
- Build a CRUD API you can explain line by line
- Create a freelance profile and service offering
- Price a small project and send a real bid or proposal
You leave with
Working API on GitHub + active freelance profile + first proposal sent.
